We use dynamic pricing for our rates. They are based on many factors like supply and demand, competition rates, local events, cottage views, and others. So the best way to see the rates for your stay is to mouse over your dates and click to see what it looks like.
Our SEASON runs roughly from December 20th through April 15th.
Please note that the SEASON weekly/daily rates are usually in effect for holidays between April and November. Typical of these are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
All of our cottage rates are Double Occupancy Rates, which means it is a base price for TWO adults. We now limit all of our cottages to TWO ADULTS MAXIMUM. Cottages 1-5 are allowed two more additional children (age 2 and under) free, ages 3-16 $5 per night.
NO COTTAGE MAY HAVE MORE THAN FOUR TOTAL OCCUPANTS.
All adults need to register by name at booking. This new policy is meant to prevent parties from packing too many people into our cottages and condo. It should enhance the guest experience, reduce the wear and tear on the furnishings, and be a safer situation for all.
For cottage parties of more than 2 adults, we would encourage you to just book another cottage so everyone can enjoy themselves in a more spacious environment.

All rates are subject to a 12% tax, except those of more than 6 months.
All rates include utilities: electricity, water and sewer, and cable TV.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
All of our cottages are pet-free. No pets are allowed on the premises.
All of our units are non-smoking units. Please feel free to smoke on the lanai.
Day visitors are permitted but are not allowed on the dock or in the pool area.
Early checkin or late checkouts $10 per hour (subject to availability).
A 15% deposit is required for reservation. Please see Terms.
Advanced reservations are requested.
Kids 2 and under free. Ages 3-16 $5 per night.

In order to book one of our cottages , please do the following steps:
1. Figure out the desired time period and the preferred cottage(s) of your stay.
2. Go to the Avail/Booking Page and see if your dates and cottages are available (not-red)
3. Click on the arrival date and enter the number of nights for your stay.
4. Enter all your payment information into the form. Take note of the drop-down for credit cards.
5. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours if all looks good.
